Canadian Chef Corbin Tomaszesk will also be there!  He has been on several TV shows including Dinner Party WarsRestaurant MakeoverCrash My Kitchen, and the new hit show on Food Network Canada, Restaurant Takeover. Kitchening & Company will be at the show again this year and they have some of the BEST macarons around.  Try the salted caramel…you won’t be able to stop at one!  They will also have gluten-free versions of their cookies available…. Ginger Chocolate Molasses (these are ridiculously good!) and Peanut Butter.

Our great friends from ChocolaTas are going to be there as well!  Not only do their chocolates look like miniature works of art, but they use only the best ingredients to make such high quality chocolates.  One of my faves is the lavender ganache. ChocolaTas The show will include for the first time the Gluten-Free Living Show with many vendors and manufacturers featuring gluten-free products!  So, there is something for everyone!
