It’s been awhile since I’ve shopped for myself at Old Navy… in past, I’ve found that I haven’t fallen in love with much. They have seriously upped their game as of late, though, and I’ve ended up having to narrow down my choices!
There is a great mix of basics as well as trendier pieces, which is what I’ve got goin on with this outfit. Part of me is mystified to have taken the “culotte” plunge, but then again, why not? They are a welcome change from the skinny jean and fun to pair with a higher wedge. The sweater, on the other hand, lends the “basic” to the outfit. And, at $10 (wha???), it really was a no-brainer!

I’d also be remiss if I didn’t mention that the visit to Old Navy was a super success for my girls as well. They were both able to pick out some pieces that will be perfect for both summer as well as some travel we have coming up. I’ve got my eye on Lexi’s pin-tuck top…very Aritzia-ish at a fraction of the cost…it’s just been marked down to $13.50 online..that’s cray cray!
