It’s May and spring is all about layering for me. I have noticed that I have a few pieces in my closet on repeat these days. And I’ve mentioned it on IG already and it made it on our Mother’s Day Gift Guide, but I get comments every time that I wear this cape so it’s worth mentioning again! It’s an extremely versatile piece and so reasonable at $65.
You can never go wrong with a basic white button down. It looks great with ripped jeans and looks sharp with dress pants. And this one is so soft. It’s definitely a wardrobe staple for me (and I actually have it in three colours!).
I wanted to show you how this cape can transform so many pieces in your wardrobe. It layers just as well with jeans as it does with a dress. This color also looks amazing with white denim. It’s a great piece to travel with as you can wear it with so many different pieces.
Blush is big for handbags this year. I found this one for a steal at Winners for $79. I love the neutral shade and I really like that it has an exterior pocket for my cell phone for quick access.
A great pair of shades is essential for these sunnier months. Tortoise works as a neutral. And I’m totally obsessed with these booties. They are super comfortable….I walked all around Toronto in them! The airy style makes them perfect for warmer weather.
