Gluten Free Granola

  • 4 cups gluten free oats
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup hemp seeds
  • ⅓ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ⅔ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ⅔ cup coconut flakes
  1. Stir together oats, almonds, hemp, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Melt the coconut oil.
  3. Stir together oil, honey and vanilla.
  4. Add liquid mixture to the oat mixture, making sure it's well mixed..
  5. Sitr in coconut flakes.
  6. Spread evenly on pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, stirring at 8 minutes.
Be sure to watch that the granola is not burning. Each oven is different!
Once the granola is out of the oven, I like to drizzle the top with it cools it will crisp up and create granola clusters.
Store in airtight container.
