BBQ Thai Chicken

Ingredients
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp gf soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • juice from 1 lime
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • roasted peanuts
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to ziploc bag.
  2. Marinate ½ hour to 8 hours…as long as you need!
  3. BBQ chicken.
  4. Slice and top the salad.
  5. Add a handful of roasted peanuts.
