No Banana Green Smoothie
- 2-3 cups greens
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2-3 dates
- ¾ teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 heaping Tablespoon almond butter
- 1 heading Tablespoon coconut oil
- ice
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.
