Grilled Pears
  • ½ to 1 Bartlett pear per person
  • melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoon plain Greek yogurt per ½ pear
  • honey
  • mint
  1. Spray grill or grill pan with coconut oil and heat up on medium heat.
  2. Cut pears in half and cut core out.
  3. Brush cut side of pears with melted coconut oil.
  4. Place cut side down on grill.
  5. Grill for about 5-7 min. under grill marks develop.
  6. Place on plate and fill cored out part with Greek yogurt.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint.
