Cardamom Syrup
  • ¼ cup whole cardamom seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  1. Bring whole cardamom seeds and water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Bring to a boil again then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes (watch that it doesn't boil over).
  5. Strain and store in a glass container in fridge for up to one week.
