Peanut Butter, Banana and Coconut Popsicles

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • Coconut chips, optional
  1. Add peanut butter, honey and almond milk to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in mashed banana and coconut chips.
  4. Fill popsicle mold a quarter of the way and freeze for an hour.
  5. Push popsicle stick into frozen and fill the mold the top.
  6. Freeze overnight.
