St Patrick's Blarney Stone Avalanche
- 4 cups of vanilla ice cream
- 1½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 Blarney Stones (or 4-5 turtles) chopped finely.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or milkshake maker and blend until smooth. Add more milk if you prefer it less thick.
- Top with finely chopped Blarney Stones and freshly whipped cream.
